Research Interests: Sreemati's fields of interest include the works of Plato and Aristotle; the philosophy of Emerson; the novels of George Eliot; Romantic poetry with special emphasis on Keats; Feminist Readings of Literature and modern poetry as well as the Middle English Romances.
